We’re extremely excited to have just been named Coopers’ new lead digital agency. After working with the Coopers team for a few months to redevelop their DIY Beer site bringing a new visual style and a much improved ecommerce experience to the ever-growing Australian and international market, we’re now working with them to drive their online customer relationship platform to a whole new level in preparation for their 150th Anniversary in 2012! 

Following our work on the DIY Beer ecommerce site, Coopers asked us to help them re-connect with their customer database of beer and brand lovers alike. Our solution focused on building long term relationships with their customers, beer drinkers, makers and aficionados of all kinds. At the heart of these relationships will be a laser focus on content relevance and personalisation as well as an emphasis on re-establishing the sense of belonging to a community of genuine, everyday and fun loving beer fans that brings to life the values so wonderfully crafted by Coopers over the last 150 years.

Exploring the full range of digital channels, including their brand website, email marketing, mobile, social media as well as building robust and comprehensive acquisition and retention strategies; we are extremely excited to be partnering with a great Australian brand, a genuinely Australian company, and of course, enjoying a healthy dose of our favourite Coopers ales.
